Nike Retail Supervisor at Nike Factory Store – Grove City is a fast-paced role leading a team to deliver exceptional service and in-store experiences. You’ll coach colleagues, keep displays fresh, and ensure customers leave inspired by the Just Do It spirit.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, stocking products, and building engaging displays while upholding Nike’s Service Principles. Must be 18+ and flexible to nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have in-store retail experience or customer service background.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn and train on latest products and technologies.
• Must be at least 18 years old in the U.S.

Putting Your Best Foot Forward

• Must be at least 18(U.S)

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs

• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores

• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies

• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
