Job summary

lululemon Athletica Grove City Premium Outlets Pop up is seeking a Part-time Educator to deliver world-class guest service and in-store product education. This role focuses on engaging guests, explaining product benefits, and guiding purchases in a premium store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.
• EMEA only: proof of Right to Work and related local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Handle transactions and support omnichannel programs (BOPIS, phone sales, ship from store).
• Restock and present products according to company standards.
• Collaborate with team to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Maintain a welcoming, inclusive and safe store environment.
