Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator for the Grove City Premium Outlets Pop Up to deliver world-class guest service, share product education, and connect with our community in a luxury retail environment.

You will engage guests, support store operations, and collaborate with teammates, while upholding our values of inclusion, integrity, and enthusiasm. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Provide world-class guest experience and education on products.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the location.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and respectful service.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product value.
• Support store operations and omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store).
• Move on the floor to engage guests and address store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to improve.
