Job summary

Great Falls Clinic Hospital is seeking an Athena EMR Analyst to provide technical support and systems analysis for the Athena AMB EMR and related applications. You will serve as a subject matter expert across departments, ensuring secure access, workflow optimization, and reliable EMR performance.

The role requires knowledge of healthcare information systems, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with clinicians and staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in health information management, healthcare administration, or related field.
3 years ambulatory healthcare EMR experience.
Experience supporting end users, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating resolution.
5 years of ambulatory care, staff development or education experience.
Athena certification and EMR Super User certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for the Athena AMB EMR and related applications.
Identify, prevent, and resolve service interruptions within the EMR environment.
Assist with workflow optimization, user access management, and data privacy.
Create training materials, user guides, and issue documentation.
Collaborate with clinical and operational departments to optimize EMR use.
