Qualifications

• 3 years ambulatory healthcare EMR experience or PHI handling.
• Experience supporting end users, troubleshooting application issues, and coordinating resolution.
• Experience supporting workflow analysis, training, and change adoption.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and systems analysis for Athena AMB EMR and related applications.
• Identify, prevent, and resolve service interruptions within the EMR environment.
• Serve as SME for clinical and operational departments across the organization.
• Support effective EMR use, secure access, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and patient information protection.
