Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ATE test development, semiconductor test engineering, or post-silicon validation.
• Proficient with Advantest V93000, SmartTest 8, tester APIs, C++ or Java, and Python automation.
• Understanding of ATE instrumentation, DPS, PMU, RF/HSIO, timing sets, multisite execution, tester-to-DUT behavior.
• Structured problem solver with experience in controlled experimentation, root-cause isolation, cross-domain debug, and semiconductor test methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modular ATE test programs and measurement libraries for NPI and production on the Advantest V93000.
• Implement and optimize parametric, functional, scan, BIST, and system-level test flows using tester APIs and custom measurement sequences.
• Debug ATE failures and support product engineering with characterization, Vmin/Fmax extraction, guard-band definition, production limits, and correlation to bench, SLT, and validation results.
• Build robust datalogging and automation solutions while improving test time, multisite efficiency, measurement stability, yield analysis, and regression testing.
