Tenstorrent is hiring an ATE Test Development Engineer who can build sophisticated, scalable test solutions on the Advantest V93000 platform using SmartTest 8, custom code, and tester APIs. This role is hybrid, based out of Austin,TX; Santa Clara,CA; or Fort Collins, CO.

We welcome candidates at various experience levels; offers will align with the level. Compensation ranges from $100k to $500k including base and variable compensation. Tenstorrent is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of ATE test development or related semiconductor testing experience.
• Proficient with Advantest V93000, SmartTest 8, and Python automation.
• Strong understanding of DPS, PMU, RF/HSIO, timing sets, and multisite execution.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain modular ATE test programs on the Advantest V93000.
• Implement and optimize parametric, functional, and system-level tests using tester APIs.
• Debug ATE failures and support characterization, guard-bands, and production limits.
• Build datalogging and automation to improve test time and yield analysis.
