Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced ATE Test Development Engineer to support mixed-signal IC validation and production test development using the Cohu DxV platform. You will develop, debug, and optimize ATE tests across both legacy D10 and DxV environments, collaborating with design and validation teams to ensure robust test coverage.

The role requires 4+ years in ATE test development, strong DxV expertise, and the ability to migrate tests between legacy and modern systems.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in ATE test development (mixed-signal focus).
  • Experience with Cohu DxV platform (must-have).
  • Configuring and using analog and digital instrument resources.
  • Handling precision measurements (ADC/DAC validation, voltage/current accuracy).
  • Synchronizing digital pattern generation with analog measurements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, debug, and optimize ATE test programs for mixed-signal ICs.
  • Lead test development on Cohu DxV platform (primary workhorse ATE system).
  • Support validation and production test.
  • Collaborate with design, validation, and product engineering teams to ensure test coverage and quality.
  • Perform characterization, correlation, and yield improvement activities.
  • Support test migration and coexistence between legacy and modern ATE systems.
  • Develop documentation for test methods, hardware interfaces, and program flows.
