Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Science, Materials Science or related field; 24 months of related experience.
• Ability to analyze yield data and perform yield variation analysis.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically/internationally.
• Experience with technology transfers between Taiwan and Virginia fabs.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of assigned part types, including technology transfers and yield ramp.
• Conduct yield performance and variation analyses to identify root causes and actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive yield, quality, and cycle-time improvements.
• Coordinate technology transfer nodes and design ID framework setup; support PCRB meetings and trainings.
