• Analyzing correlations between electrical test results and in-line process or metrology measurements.
• Conversion reports and deviation assessments.
• Fab operations, including engineering workflows and business processes.
• Drive CIP and lead technical conversions to improve YIELD, Quality, and Cycle Time.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology transfers between Taiwan and Virginia fabs.
• Report yield metrics across platforms and drive improvements.
• Coordinate transfer nodes and design ID framework setup.
• Collaborate with IT/SMAI and cross-functional teams on yield monitoring and corrective actions.
