Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an Equipment Technician to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and installation of equipment on the Engineering Test floor in Dallas, TX. You will work closely with engineering and manufacturing groups to resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities include supporting software maintenance on testers, analyzing data to improve tool performance, and coordinating supplier service as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with preventative maintenance and diagnostics on complex equipment.
• Experience supporting software maintenance on testers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for tool performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on high-end ATE testers and support equipment.
• Support software maintenance on testers and assist engineering and manufacturing.
• Provide customer service on the Engineering Test floor and resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze data to improve tool performance and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate supplier service and repairs when needed.
• Prepare technical reports and recommend solutions to technical problems.
