Job summary

Nidec in the United States is seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Process Technician specializing in Test Hardware and Software. The role focuses on ICT test fixtures, Keysight/Agilent 3070 system maintenance, fixture change-overs and maintenance to ensure high-yield production lines.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with bed-of-nails fixtures, electrical troubleshooting, and BT-Basic test software edits, with a willingness to work Second Shift in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing

Qualifications

• Experience with ICT test fixtures and Keysight/Agilent 3070 systems.
• Knowledge of bed-of-nails fixtures and test fixture maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical paths and replace worn components.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ICT test fixtures and 3070 system hardware.
• Perform test fixture change-overs based on production needs.
• Repair test fixtures and align mechanical components for proper actuation.
• Maintain and troubleshoot 3070 mainframe components and cards.
• Update test routines and ensure software edits pass validation.
