White Lodging is seeking a Phone Attendant for Hotel Trinity in downtown Austin, opening in late 2026 as part of the Marriott Autograph Collection. You will be the main contact for guest requests, answer calls, dispatch services, and ensure timely, courteous service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests and needs, including answering calls, dispatching requests, and following up to ensure excellent service.
• Attend to each call in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner, using proper telephone etiquette.
• Dispatch appropriate personnel to satisfy guest requests and resolve guest issues.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel services, the local area, and nearby travel services to provide accurate answers and thoughtful recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
