Job summary

Serco is seeking a Systems Administrator II to support the NDW region and CNIC PSS Ashore Programs. The role focuses on designing, provisioning, integrating, and sustaining C4I systems with an emphasis on security, performance, and reliability.

A Secret clearance is required or can be transferred, with 75% travel to CONUS Navy sites. The candidate will administer Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, manage Active Directory and Group Policy, perform patching and vulnerability

Qualifications

• Requires DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• 4+ years of relevant Systems Administration experience.
• CompTIA Security+ or DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and AD.
• Experience with backup solutions like Macrium Reflect and policy management.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain system components including hardware and software.
• Install, configure, and update Windows systems and applications.
• Establish and manage user accounts; perform backups and recoveries.
• Implement security controls and STIGs; follow DoD security policies.
• Provide Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration support.
• Travel 75% or more to CONUS sites as required.
