Serco Inc. in the United States seeks a Systems Administrator to support the Navy's AT/FP Ashore program. The role focuses on Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, with ongoing security hardening, STIG compliance, and DoD RMF processes.

A Secret clearance is required to perform duties at NDW and travel 75%+ across CONUS. The successful candidate will implement, maintain, and secure C4I systems, manage Active Directory and Group Policy, conduct patching, back up data with Macrium

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• DoD Secret security clearance or ability to obtain/transfer.
• CompTIA Security+ or higher DoD 8570 IAT Level II.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and data backup solutions like Macrium Reflect.
• Knowledge of vulnerability remediation and STIG configurations.
• Ability to travel 75%+.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain system components; install, configure, update hardware and software.
• Establish and manage user accounts; backup and recovery tasks.
• Implement security controls; adhere to security policies.
• Contribute to all phases of development lifecycle.
• Provide maintenance, information assurance, asset management, and service resolution for C4I systems worldwide.
• Provide O&M support including patch management, STIG implementation, information assurance, and antivirus.
• Support Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments.
