Job summary

AERMOR LLC is seeking a Network Systems Administrator to support the NSWC PCD network infrastructure, including installation, configuration, upgrading and decommissioning of hardware and software with a focus on security and compliance.

You will perform desktop and server support on Windows and Linux environments, execute ACAS scans, and ensure STIG compliance while coordinating with ISSOs and government schedules.

Qualifications

• IAT Level II certification or equivalent access requirement.
• 1+ year of hands-on Windows Server and Linux admin experience.
• Experience with ACAS vulnerability scanning and reporting.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
• Understanding of CTOs and cybersecurity policy.

Responsibilities

• Install, reconfigure, upgrade, and replace hardware and software on NSWC PCD network.
• Perform client-side configuration changes for personnel moves and software upgrades.
• Ensure all updates comply with STIGs.
• Provide desktop support for Windows systems on compatible hardware.
• Troubleshoot network issues and ensure secure connectivity.
• Support RDT&E desktops and servers during Government Core and Flex hours.
• Use work order software to receive, track, and report tasks.
• Conduct weekly ACAS scans and generate reports for lab networks.
• Support ISSOs in vulnerability remediation.
• Adhere to CTOs for scanning and labeling external USB drives.
• Input and manage asset data in CITI and inventory systems.
• Report equipment or software deficiencies promptly.
• Coordinate disposal of hardware per DoD protocols.
