Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Experience administering Windows enterprise IT environments.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and PHP-based applications.
• Familiarity with AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, IIS; scripting with PowerShell.
• Security clearance: Active Secret; DoD/Federal IT environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Windows server/workstation environments.
• Install, patch, configure OS, enterprise software, and server apps.
• Provide day-to-day systems administration for production, development, and test environments.
• Monitor performance, availability, and security of mission-critical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, database, and network issues; participate in upgrades and modernization.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SQL databases and PHP-based apps.
• Handle user accounts, access control, and liaison with government customers.
• Document configurations and maintain asset inventories.
