Job summary

ProSync is seeking a Mid-level Anti-Terrorism Force Protection Security Specialist to support risk assessments and force protection initiatives for DoD and IC environments. You will help identify threats, coordinate with military and government partners, and refine AT/FP plans and procedures.

Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. The role emphasizes protecting personnel and critical assets, with opportunities to contribute to incident reporting and emergency readiness efforts

Qualifications

• Experience supporting anti-terrorism and force protection programs.
• Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and DoD security requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication for leadership briefings.

Responsibilities

• Support AT/FP programs in line with DoD directives and mission requirements.
• Conduct risk analyses, vulnerability assessments and identify threats.
• Evaluate force protection measures and recommend improvements.
• Develop AT/FP plans, procedures, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with government and military stakeholders on security needs.
• Prepare reports and briefings on anti-terrorism initiatives.
• Support incident reporting and corrective action tracking.
