Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC (ProSync) seeks a Mid-level Anti-Terrorism Force Protection Security Specialist to support mission-critical security programs, identifying and mitigating threats to personnel, facilities, and operations in government and IC environments.

The role requires DoD compliance knowledge, risk assessment experience, and an active IAT/IAM Level II certification, with TS/SCI eligibility. Join a defense contractor with strong military heritage and career growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in anti-terrorism, force protection, security ops, or related programs.
• Knowledge of AT/FP principles, policies, and risk management.
• Experience with DoD security directives and protective measures.

Responsibilities

• Support AT/FP programs per DoD directives and mission requirements.
• Conduct security and risk assessments to identify threats to personnel, facilities, and operations.
• Evaluate force protection measures and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain AT/FP plans, procedures, and supporting docs.
• Review policies, threat info, and intelligence for decision-making.
• Coordinate with government customers, military orgs, and security teams.
• Assist with inspections, compliance reviews, exercises, and readiness assessments.
• Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Analyze emerging threats and provide leadership with recommendations.
• Support continuity planning and emergency preparedness.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations on AT/FP programs.
• Stay updated on evolving threats and security best practices.
