Job summary

Associated Students, San Diego State University seeks a Programs Assistant to plan and coordinate events for the Aztec Student Union, supporting Homecoming, GreenFest, Aztec Nights, Open Mic, and other campus programs. Qualifications

• Returning SDSU student eligible to work in the United States.
• Enrolled at SDSU at least half-time; 6 units undergrad or 3 units grad.
• Experience planning or supporting campus events is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, logistics, and execution of ASUB, Student Union, and A.S. programs and events.
• Coordinate reservations, set-up, and collaborations with campus departments.
• Support event marketing with flyers, signage, and social media materials.
