Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction field or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Commercial Construction.
• Has a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills and professionalism.
• Knows commercial construction processes and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of project estimates.
• Prepare project budgets and unit cost reports.
• Assist the project team in preparing the project management plan.
• Participate in value engineering and pre-construction planning.
• Negotiate project subcontracts and coordinate permits.
• Develop project schedules and milestones with the Project Superintendent.
• Monitor costs, safety, quality, and schedule performance on site.
• Close out procedures including as-built drawings and final billing.
• Support training of project personnel and maintain client relations.
