Job summary

The Executive Committee of the Randolph Baptist Association is seeking an Associational Missions Strategist (ASM) on a part-time salaried basis to advance a focused missions strategy and to serve churches in the association across Alabama.

The ASM will minister to pastors and church leaders, provide administrative leadership, and collaborate with committees to plan, coordinate, promote and evaluate the association's mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Must meet biblical qualifications for gospel ministry per 1 Tim 3:1-7.
• Motivated with a strong Christian calling to mission service.
• Affirm Baptist doctrine, polity and practices.
• Cooperate with Alabama Baptist State Convention and SBC entities.
• Have training/experience to plan, coordinate, promote and evaluate association objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a missions strategy to fulfill the association's purpose.
• Minister to churches and church leaders of the association.
• Provide administrative leadership to the association.
