Job summary

Nature Coast Baptist Association (NCBA) seeks an Associational Mission Strategist to provide administrative leadership for the Association, its planning team, programs, staff, and facilities. The AMS will guide strategy, serve as administrator, and work with local churches and pastors to advance missions at home and abroad, with a strong focus on Great Commission efforts across the Florida region.

Candidates should be devout Christians with knowledge of the Southern Baptist Convention and BF&M,

Qualifications

• Be a committed Christian with a call to missions and evangelism.
• Have experience in and knowledge of the Southern Baptist Convention, Churches, doctrine, programs, and relationships.
• Adhere to the BF&M.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and facilitate the total program of the Association as its mission strategist.
• Lead the Association through strategy planning as needed.
• Serve as the administrator of the Association and its staff.
• Assist churches and pastors in accomplishing their objectives, meeting regularly with the pastors in the NCBA.
• Come alongside local churches with missions/ministry partnerships both in the United States and abroad.
• Help Pastors and Staff have clear avenues to stir Great Commission work in our area and globally.
