Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Tops accounting software is a big plus.
• Familiarity with CINC Systems is a plus.
• Proficient use of Word and Excel and strong PC literacy.

Responsibilities

• A/R: Process quarterly and monthly billings for owner assessments.
• A/R: Deposit owner payments and research discrepancies.
• A/P: Process vendor invoices and research discrepancies.
• A/P: Process vendor checks (weekly) and reconcile payments.
• General Ledger: make journal entries and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Maintain positive communication with association managers.
