Mount Valley Montessori in Fremont, CA is seeking an energetic Toddler Teacher to lead a class of early learners through the school year, assessing students’ levels and tailoring instruction to meet both collective and individual needs. You will create an engaging classroom environment, connect with each student, and use a variety instructional methods.

A passion for helping children reach their potential and strong communication with parents are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and state teaching certification are required.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines.
• Problem-solving and mediation skills.
