Qualifications

• Two years of experience as an Assistant Water Resources Specialist with EBMUD.
• Four years of experience in water resources engineering with significant numerical modeling and programming.
• Must possess a valid California driver’s license.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track water supply projections to inform system operation, reservoir routing, and water transfer.
• Analyze hydraulics, hydrology, and statistics for planning, design, and operation of water supply facilities.
• Assess weather/runoff projections for forecast-informed reservoir operations and scheduling releases.
• Present findings to management and stakeholders; coordinate with internal groups.
