O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable manufacturing and distribution company to find their next Associate Warehouse Clerk – Order Picker. This position is based in Redding, CA. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Associate Warehouse Clerk – Order Picker Compensation

• $19.00 – $21.00 per hour, depending on experience

Associate Warehouse Clerk – Order Picker Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of prior warehouse or production experience
• High school diploma required
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, especially with numbers and part sequences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Good math, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle small items with dexterity and count accurately
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and stand for extended periods

Associate Warehouse Clerk – Order Picker Responsibilities

• Retrieve picking slips and accurately pick inventory for customer orders
• Process hazardous materials and include required SDS documentation
• Properly pack, seal, label, and prepare shipments for delivery
• Utilize shipping software to calculate rates and produce shipping labels
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, customer service, and sales teams
• Assist with special projects and provide backup support as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
