Job summary

Colonial Group in Lewisville, TX is seeking a 2nd Shift Order Picker to accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders in a high-volume distribution environment while meeting productivity, quality, and safety standards.

The position runs Monday through Thursday, 3:00 pm to 1:30 am. You will use handheld scanners to identify requirements, select and package items, maintain high accuracy, and support a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse operation.

• Use a handheld scanner to identify order requirements and locate products.
• Accurately select and retrieve products from warehouse inventory locations.
• Pack customer orders into appropriate shipping containers to ensure safe delivery.
• Meet or exceed daily productivity goals, including required lines picked per hour.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality when picking and packing orders.
• Utilize equipment, materials, and supplies efficiently to minimize waste and support operational goals.
• Troubleshoot basic operational issues and escalate more complex concerns to management as needed.
• Follow established operating procedures and maintain knowledge of company products and processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
• Support team objectives and contribute to a positive, efficient warehouse operation.

Hourly Pay Rate: $15.50 + Shift Differential
