Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Warehouse Order Picker & Putaway Associate in a US facility. You will accurately pick customer orders, stage items for packing, and place received stock into designated storage areas to support inventory accuracy and efficient fulfillment.

Role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, with attention to detail and teamwork. Prior warehouse experience is a plus; training on WMS and RF scanners is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior warehouse or order-picking experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Basic math, reading, and comprehension skills; ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or RF scanning systems.
• Verify correct SKUs, quantities, and product condition.
• Stage picked orders for packing and shipping.
• Put away received inventory into assigned locations per slotting guidelines.
• Ensure proper labeling and safe storage of products.
• Perform visual quality checks during picking and putaway processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety concerns.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks and team needs as assigned.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Order Picker & Putaway Associate is responsible for accurately picking customer

orders, staging products for shipment, and placing received inventory into designated storage locations.

This role supports inventory accuracy, efficient order fulfillment, and overall warehouse organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or RF scanning systems.
• Verify correct SKUs, quantities, and product condition.

• Ensure proper labeling and safe storage of products.
