Job summary

Dexian is seeking an Associate Warehouse & Inventory Operations Manager in Temecula, onsite, to lead daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehousing activities.

You will build and train a growing team, own cycle counts and reconciliations, and drive process improvements across layouts, workflows, and KPIs, leveraging WMS/ERP systems to boost accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse operations and inventory management experience.
• 2+ years leading warehouse or production teams.
• Strong inventory control, cycle counting, and root cause analysis experience.
• Experience improving warehouse processes, systems, or facility layouts.
• Manufacturing or distribution experience; Epicor is a plus but not required.

Schedule: Onsite | Monday-Friday | Day Shift 7-4

Compensation: $75k - 80k

We are partnering with a growing organization seeking a hands‑on Associate Warehouse & Inventory Operations Manager to lead warehouse operations, inventory control, and a growing team.

The company is expanding into a larger facility, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building processes, improving operations, and having a direct impact on how a warehouse is structured and scaled.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day shipping, receiving, inventory, pick/pack, and warehouse operations
• Manage, train, and develop warehouse and production team members
• Own cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, and inventory discrepancy resolution
• Improve warehouse layouts, workflows, SOPs, and operational KPIs
• Utilize WMS/ERP systems to improve inventory tracking, reporting, and efficiency

  This is an onsite opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, leading from the floor, and helping build a more efficient warehouse as the organization grows.

• Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory movement.
• Assist with coordinating workflow and ensuring operational priorities are met.
• Help maintain efficient warehouse organization, material flow, and space utilization.
• Monitor productivity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
• Serve as a key operational resource and leadership presence within a small facility environment.

Inventory Management & Control

• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory integrity initiatives.
• Conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, and stock audits.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with root cause analysis.
• Generate inventory and operational reports using ERP and warehouse management systems.
• Support continuous improvement efforts focused on inventory accuracy and process efficiency.
