Job summary

Dexian seeks an experienced Inventory Supervisor to lead daily inventory control and receiving in our Dallas-area warehouse. You will supervise a team of up to five associates, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include managing receiving, cycle counts, audits, and storage, while collaborating with operations and purchasing to support business needs. A strong focus on organization and problem-solving is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, inventory control, or logistics experience.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience.
• Experience with receiving, inventory reconciliation, and cycle counting.
• Proficiency with WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
