Job summary

Service Champions in Murrieta, CA is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to support Field Operations and ensure efficient warehouse workflow. You will load and unload trucks, pick, pack, and stage parts for delivery, and help maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements include a minimum of two years in a warehouse, forklift certification preferred, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a dependable, team‑oriented work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of warehouse experience (HVAC knowledge is a plus).
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors, teammates, and internal departments.
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Work Environment

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
