Job summary

Service Champions Plumbing, Heating & AC is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to support field operations in Brea or Murrieta. You will manage inbound/outbound shipments, inventory control, and prepare materials for installation teams.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, staging parts for jobs, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment. The role requires reliability, physical stamina, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• :Minimum of two years of warehouse experience (HVAC knowledge is a plus).
• :Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.
• :Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors, teammates, and internal departments.
• :Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• :Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• :Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.
• :Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

• Assist with general warehouse upkeep, including facility maintenance.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Job Overview

Service Champions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to support our Field Operations in either Brea or Murrieta and ensure efficient warehouse operations. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: Tuesday - Saturday or Monday - Friday (only candidates with open availability will be considered).

Key Responsibilities

Work Environment

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Pay Range

$19 USD - $21 USD
