Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 9–12 years in retail with at least 5 years managing manager-level teams.
• Multi-unit leadership with track record of revenue growth and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements short- and long-term strategies for assigned retail operations region.
• Ensures stores meet financial, production, and labor goals and maintain standards.
• Conducts site visits to review operations and ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Leads talent development including recruitment, mentorship, and succession planning.
• Oversees loss prevention, safety, and compliance programs across locations.
• Drives regional financial performance, analyzes reports, and advises on cost control.
• Supervises Regional Directors, guiding leadership development and accountability.
• Fosters a positive culture with open communication and conflict resolution.
• Responds promptly to elevated inquiries from stakeholders within 24–48 hours.
