Job summary

City Colleges of Chicago Foundation seeks an Associate Vice Chancellor of Finance and Operations to lead financial strategy and fundraising operations. You will oversee budgeting, reporting, and multi-year program budgets while ensuring donor restrictions are respected.

Reporting to CCC CFO and CCCF President, you will collaborate with Development and the Board to optimize resources for CCC Foundation priorities and student support initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field.
• CPA or advanced experience in charitable foundation fund accounting preferred.
• Minimum seven years of progressive finance/accounting experience in non-profit settings.

Responsibilities

• Develops annual income and expense budget with CFO and Board.
• Performs financial analysis and presents reports to Foundation leadership.
• Leads multiyear program budgets and donor reporting.
• Manages gifts, grants, and Foundation funds with attention to donor intent.
• Creates financial dashboards and reports using Salesforce and other systems.
• Oversees investment and asset management with external vendors.
• Collaborates with PIs and Development to forecast spending and risks.
