Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Vice President, Benefits to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This leader will shape and execute a comprehensive benefits strategy that supports workforce well-being, organizational competitiveness, and the broader total rewards agenda. The role will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to strengthen health program design, improve accountability, and ensure compliance in a highly regulated environment. It will also provide strategic direction on pharmacy and formulary management while translating market and regulatory trends into practical recommendations.

Location: Milwaukee, WI - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $207,360 – $331,008 annually
