Job summary

3Search, part of 11 Investments, is expanding in Austin with a focus on GTM recruitment, candidate delivery, and business development. The role emphasizes building a robust candidate network, delivering optimal hiring processes, and nurturing strong client relationships to maximize revenue and market presence in the GTM space.

You will collaborate across a small, high-energy team, participate in events and meetings, and drive thought leadership to grow the 11 Investments brands in the US market.

AVP- Staffing agency- GTM Recruitment- Austin

After building our US presence over the last 5 years, initially from the UK, we then launched in NYC in 2024. We opened our second office in Austin in January, and we are looking to grow again! This role will be mostly candidate- and delivery-focused, but we are looking for someone with a commercial mindset who can generate leads and maximise relationships and accounts.
