Job summary

11 Investments in Austin is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive GTM recruitment efforts, focusing on candidate sourcing and end-to-end delivery while developing commercial leads and expanding key accounts. You will build a strong pipeline, manage candidate experiences, negotiate offers, and promote the 11 Investments brands across GTM markets by leveraging events and networks.

The role blends delivery focus with business development in a hybrid setting.

Senior Recruitment Consultant- Staffing agency- GTM Recruitment- Austin

After building our US presence over the last 5 years, initially from the UK, we then launched in NYC in 2024. We opened our second office in Austin in January, and we are looking to grow again! This role will be mostly candidate- and delivery-focused, but we are looking for someone with a commercial mindset who can generate leads and maximise relationships and accounts.
