LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an Associate Vertical Account Manager to acquire and grow revenue within established accounts using a total solution strategic approach. This home-based role is preferably located in the Eastern or Central time zones.

You will evaluate relationships, manage retention plans, and maintain executive-level client relationships while presenting commercial insurance products and negotiating pricing and contracts. Travel up to 10%.

Our Commercial Insurance team works with product underwriting and actuarial teams within insurance carriers, providing tools and solutions to help them better understand the market, evaluate risk, and make informed, data-driven decisions.

The Associate Vertical Account Manager exists to acquire and grow revenue within established accounts using a total solution strategic approach.

• Evaluating existing relationships and identifying growth opportunities within selected solution sets.
• Managing customer roadmap retention plans and actions to ensure protection of base revenue.
• Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships at all levels, acting as a liaison between sales support and customers to provide superior service and solutions.
• Demonstrating a clear understanding of select Commercial Insurance products and solutions to effectively present them to customers and articulate the value they can expect from using them.
• Following up on inbound leads, conducting outbound outreach, and developing new sales opportunities to support account growth.
• Providing excellent customer service by effectively managing customer objections, setting realistic expectations, successfully negotiating pricing and contracts, and closing sales.

• Prior experience working in commercial insurance is ideal.
• Prior sales or account management experience.
• Demonstrated experience successfully building client relationships.
• Excellent project management and analytical skills.

This is a home-based role, preferably located in the Eastern or Central time zones.

Travel required up to 10%.

Primary location base pay range: Home based-Illinois $56,900 - $94,900. Total Target Cash Range: $87,500 - $146,000. Total Target Cash Range: $83,300 - $139,000. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

• Total Target Cash Range for Rochester, NY is $79,200 - $132,100.
• Total Target Cash Range for OH is $79,200 - $132,100.
• Total Target Cash Range for NJ is $98,406 - $157,194.
