• Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue objectives and overseeing all forecasting activities.
• Demonstrating a clear understanding of select Commercial Insurance products and solutions to effectively present them to customers and articulate the value they can expect from using them.
• Following up on inbound leads, conducting outbound outreach, and developing new sales opportunities to support account growth.
• Providing excellent customer service by effectively managing customer objections, set ting realistic expectations, successfully negotiating pricing and contracts, and closing sales.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-Illinois $56,900 - $94,900. Total Target Cash Range: $87,500 - $146,000.U.S. National Base Pay Range: $54,200 - $90,400. Total Target Cash Range: $83,300 - $139,000. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. Base Pay Range for CO is $54,200 - $90,400. Total Target Cash Range for CO is $83,300 - $139,000. Base Pay Range for IL is $56,900 - $94,900. Total Target Cash Range for IL is $87,500 - $146,000.
