Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $28/hour

Contract: 3-month contract with possible extensions

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• Prior experience working with kidney transplant patients strongly preferred
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, time-management, and organizational skills

Language Requirements

Medical & Insurance Knowledge

• Familiarity with third-party insurance plans, government programs, and insurance agencies for obtaining prior authorizations
