Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional industry or consulting experience implementing operating expense cost reduction programs.
• Depth in a particular industry vertical is a plus (e.g., industrial, business services, distribution, consumer products and retail).

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering large, complex client engagements with Private Equity leadership to identify, design, and implement business solutions for portfolio companies.
• Structure performance improvement plans and manage processes through to completion.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost structure by altering leadership, staffing, and back‑office efficiencies.
• Synthesize insights from data to improve EBITDA and operations.
• Develop findings and strategic recommendations.
• Gain hands‑on project experience in areas like margin management, S&OP, sourcing and global supply chains, org structure, non‑labor cost efficiency, and KPI tracking.
