The team focuses on Transformation Services, CDD/Strategy, Interim Management, and other PEPI services, delivering tangible operating improvements for private equity portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of professional industry or consulting experience implementing operating expense cost reduction programs.
• Depth in a particular industry vertical a PLUS (e.g., industrial, business services, distribution, consumer products and retail).

Responsibilities

• Work with Private Equity leadership to help identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for portfolio companies.
• Structure a performance improvement plan and manage the process through to completion.
• Identify opportunities to significantly reduce cost structure by changing leadership, staffing levels, and back‑office efficiency.
• Synthesize insights from data or facts to enhance EBITDA and operating efficiencies.
• Implement programs to reduce cost structure, including changes to roles, processes, and workforce reductions.
• Develop findings and make strategic recommendations.
