Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in industry or consulting implementing operating expense cost reduction programs.
• Depth in a specific industry vertical is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Structure a performance improvement plan and drive it through to completion.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost structure by changing leadership, staffing and back‑office efficiency.
• Synthesize data and insights to boost EBITDA and operating efficiency.
• Implement cost-reduction programs including role changes, processes and workforce reductions.
• Develop findings and provide strategic recommendations.
• Hands-on experience in margins, S&OP, sourcing, org design, non‑labor cost, KPIs, SG&A and working capital.
