Job description

Woods Aitken LLP has a position available in its Omaha or Lincoln offices for an associate in its transactional practice areas. A significant amount of the work will be performed in general business matters and commercial real estate transactions.

Qualified candidates should possess the following:

1. 3+ years of transactional experience preferred
2. Skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
3. Experience in organizing and facilitating due diligence and closing matters
4. Strong organizational and analytical abilities
5. Desire to excel in a firm committed to its team members and clients
