Job summary

Center For Discovery seeks an Associate Therapist to join a dynamic multidisciplinary treatment team. The role involves delivering therapy, maintaining safety, leading psychoeducational groups, and coordinating clinical assessments and case management.

You will document treatment, communicate with families, participate in treatment teams, support discharge planning, and ensure continuity of care with referrals.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in relevant field is required.
• Completion of state requirements to conduct therapeutic interventions is required.
• CPI certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Must possess a current driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical documentation is completed timely throughout treatment.
• Establish therapeutic rapport with patients and families.
• Facilitates admission assessments and the admission process for new patients.
• Participates in weekly treatment team meetings and communicates goals.
• Complete required number of therapy sessions weekly for patients, including family sessions.
