Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field is required.
• Completion of state requirements to conduct therapeutic interventions is required.
• Operates under supervision and is not fully licensed.
• Must possess a current driver's license and be in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 5-6 RTC and 10-15 OP patients.
• Facilitate therapy sessions and psychoeducational groups daily.
• Provide timely clinical documentation and discharge planning.
• Conduct admissions, utilization reviews, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure high clinical quality.
