Job summary

Grow Through Life Counseling is seeking an Associate Therapist (AMFT, ASW, APCC) to provide direct care to children, teens, adults, couples and families across California. This 31 hours/week onsite role includes notes, supervision, and clinical consultation support. Flexible evenings and weekends may be required to meet client needs.

The base hourly rate range is $34 - $42, with full-time benefits. Benefits cover medical, vision & dental, 401(k) with employer match, generous PTO, unlimited flex

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CA BBS registration as an AMFT, ASW or APCC.
• Experience in direct client care and notes in a clinical setting.
• Proficient written and verbal communication; strong documentation.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and extended hours as needed.
• Bilingual fluency is a plus, with professional demeanor and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, treatment planning and care for own caseload across the lifespan.
• Review and sign treatment notes.
• Collaborate with Clinical Supervisor and Regional Practice Director.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure high-quality client care.
• Follow established clinical protocols and professional standards.
• Represent the practice professionally at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
