Job summary

SOL Mental Health is hiring therapists in Washington, DC, offering a clear path to licensure with built-in clinical supervision and a supportive team. You will start with real supervision, steady supervision hours, and a structured onboarding while you gain the experience needed for licensure.

There is a guaranteed compensation package, with incentives based on clinical hours, plus a comprehensive benefits set including retirement and annual CEU budgeting, dedicated admin support, and a downtown

Qualifications

• Licensed in D.C. (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) and working toward licensure.
• Experience providing direct clinical care or internship experience counts.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Desire to learn and grow as a clinician.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy to a diverse client population.
• Build skills using evidence-based approaches.
• Work with anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and more.
• Participate in supervision and team collaboration.

Education

Licensed in DC (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC)

Direct clinical care experience

Excellent communication skills

What You Bring

• Pre-Independently licensed inD.C. (working toward LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC )
