Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Annapolis, MD is seeking therapists who will provide outpatient therapy, receive built-in clinical supervision toward licensure, and grow within a supportive, collaborative team.

You’ll work with diverse client populations, apply evidence-based approaches, and participate in supervision and team collaboration to enhance skills and licensure progress.

Qualifications

• Pre-Independently licensed in MD and working toward LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC
• Experience in direct clinical care (Internship experience counts)
• Strong communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician
